What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services that help us build an exceptional workforce.
Shaping and evolving a forward-thinking recruitment strategy to meet our current and future needs.
Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to create tailored talent solutions that align with business objectives.
Leading the charge in values-based attraction strategies, using data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions.
Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that make STC a truly welcoming place for all.
Providing expert advice through reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations that enhance recruitment outcomes.

Tasked with acting as the asset-owner of the North East Link road on completion, we will be responsible for managing and controlling the use of and access to, operating and maintaining and setting and collecting tolls for the North East Link road.
