We are seeking a Nurse Clinical Specialist (Preventable Chronic Conditions) to join our vibrant team. This position provides specialist clinical outreach care to remote clients and specialist support, advice and education to Primary and Public Health Care staff with the specific focus on improving outcomes in early detection and management of preventable chronic conditions in a culturally sensitive manner

The successful applicant will have:

• Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same
• Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to specialty area
• Experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT Drivers Licence
• Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis and stay for up to a week as required.
