About the Role

Austworld is looking for a self-motivated, people-person to work with their teams and continue to optimize cloud-based solutions. Collaborating with key stakeholders to produce customized solutions that assist the end user in achieving sustainable and positive business goals. The role involves analyzing business processes and requirements and translating them into functional solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Azure hosted) platform.

Responsibilities

· Analyze and solution design

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businesses processes are working now and eliminate

· Conduct thorough needs analysis with key stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement using Dynamics CRM.

· Plan detailed requirements for CRM functionalities

· Document business requirements clearly, including user stories, process flows, and data mapping.

· Design and develop applications in line with best practices, security policies, and accessibility guidelines

· Define CRM customizations, including custom entities, fields, views, and workflows to fit specific business needs.

· Develop data migration strategies to transfer existing customer data into the Dynamics CRM system.

· Work on web applications using .NET and integrate with REST APIs

· Manage APIs securely using Azure API Management (APIM)

· Work with the Business Units in identifying and clarifying solution requirements.

· Hands-on design and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

· Develop and manage Functional project requirements.

· Customization and extensions in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

· Customize Microsoft Dynamics modules and develop new modules.

· Develop and configure workflows on various business processes.

· Perform day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the Dynamic 365 system.

· Assist with new bolt-ons including CRM, Asset Management, Warehouse Scanning, transport Management etc

· Address functional and technical issues of users.

· Troubleshoot and debugging.

Qualifications

Tertiary education in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.

Required Skills

· Ability to engage well with stakeholders and understand business problems they need to solve.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in application development roles.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 CE based solutions at an enterprise level.

· Recent Dynamics CE and Power Platform certifications are desirable.

· Deep knowledge of the D365 product functionalities.

· Experience in Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus.

· An understanding of the Azure Power Platform tools and technology.

· Strong organisational and time management planning.

· Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
