OrthoSport Victoria Institute is a multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of Richmond.

We are recruiting for a Casual medical receptionist to join our fun dynamic team 2-3 days per week.

This role will include managing the reception desk, greeting and liaising with patients, booking patient appointments and billings, supporting doctors and allied health staff as well as other administrative duties.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a medical or allied health clinic

Exceptional customer service with patient first focus

Strong attention to detail and a fast learner

Excellent phone and computer skills

Strong organisational skills

Performs well in a busy environment and ability to juggle a variety of tasks

Team player but can also work autonomously

Positive can-do attitude

Previous experience with patient billing including Medicare, HICAPS EFTPOS transactions and handling cash
