This position will be based in Murarrie and offers full-time hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with onsite parking available.

Your new role

You will play a crucial role in ensuring support for the sales and logistics efforts for the Brisbane Office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process orders and invoices, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Provide customer support and handle queries.
  • Manage customer product returns.
  • Oversee daily logistics activities, including shipping and receiving.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers for effective logistics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Optimise inventory storage and replenishment processes.
  • Organise and support trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory status and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Sales Administration, preferably within the manufacturing/warehousing background. You will also ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • You need a good sense of humour, competence, and a trustworthy character.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
