About the role:

• Role involves representing insurers in motor vehicle insurance litigation, including property damage and hire car claims.
• Responsibilities include representing clients in the Local Court, drafting court documents, providing legal advice, managing case documentation, amongst other duties.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer or Associate with 1-4 years of experience in motor vehicle insurance litigation within the NSW Local Court system.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication skills as this position is client service focused.
• Be able to work autonomously and meet the demand of workflow.
