Program Manager – Commercial Workplace | Global Corporate Client

We’re working with a large property services provider on behalf of global investment banking client who is delivering a major workplace transformation in Sydney

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a significant, long-term program from within a well-established PMO, and work alongside some of the most senior stakeholders in the industry.

The Role:

• Lead the PMO delivery of a portfolio of commercial workplace projects, with a key focus on a flagship project in Sydney.
• Manage governance, reporting, and delivery of the full program lifecycle across multiple locations.
• Act as the senior interface between project teams and internal stakeholders, including regular reporting to the Executive Committee.
• Represent the client’s interests with clarity and professionalism across global teams.
• Navigate the complexity of large-scale financial services organisations with ease, ensuring alignment to both global and regional strategies.

About You:

• Degree qualification in property or related discipline
• Proven experience delivering commercial workplace projects at scale – ideally across APAC.
• Strong program or PMO leadership background with excellent organisational governance capabilities.
• Deep understanding of how global investment banks and financial institutions operate.
• Comfortable engaging and presenting to C-suite stakeholders, and translating complex program information into concise updates.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and know how to lead with confidence.
