Orangetheory Fitness is a heart rate-based, high-intensity interval training studio that is revolutionising group fitness. We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager & Fitness Coach to lead, inspire, and grow our community while delivering high-energy workouts that help members achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily studio operations, including member engagement, sales, and staff coordination
Coach dynamic, results-driven fitness classes that adhere to Orangetheory programming. ( OTF Certification is preferred)
Drive business growth through strategic marketing, partnerships, and community outreach
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Orangetheory Coaches
Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in a studio management

Minimum 3 years of Coaching experience

Group fitness certification ( 3+4 or equivalent) and First Aid/CPR

Proven experience driving membership growth and retention

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Passion for fitness and a motivational coaching style

Minimum 2 Years experience ups-killing Group Fitness Trainers
