We're looking for an Assistant Club Manager - Sales to join and lead our small and committed sales team, leading by example and nurturing the success of your team.

About the Role:
Manage the day-to-day in-club sales, local marketing, in-house promotions, and more, where you will champion and be accountable for the results of the club and the team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Franchise Partner.
With supportive management guidance, training and coaching, you will achieve the sales growth in membership across all income streams including 24/7 Gym, Reformer Pilates, Personal Training and Hypoxi, drive results and encourage a strong team environment.

About You:
You are an innovative woman with a passionate, customer-focused, and can-do attitude.
Passionate about fitness, wellness, and women’s health.
Availability over a standard 5-day roster with hours primarily between 9 am and 7 pm. Some weekends may be required.
Skills & Experience:
Proven sales/operations management experience.
You can lead a team with passion and enthusiasm and drive the team to exceed set targets.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and members.
Successful resolution of member concerns
Ability to drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives.
A can-do attitude to growing our membership base and optional services.
