Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Personal Assistants to join the Clinical Operations Team.

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Divisional Personal Assistant to join the Clinical Operations Team at Northern Health.
The Divisional Personal Assistant is required to provide administrative support to a nominated portfolio/s within the Clinical Operations Office, supporting the Directors and Heads of Unit within the portfolio of the Division of Surgery and the Division of Emergency and Access. The role encompasses effective coordination of the day-to-day administration of the portfolio/s, including assisting in divisional planning, roster and payroll assistance, minuting committee meetings, determining work priorities and meeting deadlines, diary management, timesheet management as well as exercising self-direction and flexibility.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Provide administrative support to the portfolio/s and all stakeholders.
- Use own initiative and good judgement in relation to prioritisation of demands, demonstrating prompt attention, sense of action relating to urgent matters and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Precise diary management including exercising discretion in determining and juggling appointments and priorities.
- Provide committee meeting secretariat support, including collation of and distribution of meeting agenda and papers, coordination of presentations, and minuting of the meetings
- Highly motivated and demonstrate initiative.
