Our client is a nimble and growing technology services business with strong and sustainable relationships in the sector. With growth predicted to continue across various business units, the Head of Finance is looking to strengthen the team’s capability.

About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Finance, the division GM’s and the wider finance team. You will be responsible for providing visibility, analysis, and reporting monthly as well as delivering a robust budgeting process and improving the rolling forecast function.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial results and analysis.

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Develop reports to assist in management reporting and budget monitoring.

Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making and recommend solutions.

Identification of operational and corporate efficiencies, including the reduction of overheads, developing financial policies and procedures and the successful execution of those strategies

Oversee the activities by the outsourced transactional function

Partner with key stakeholders to enhance financial acumen across the business.

About You:

CA or CPA qualified finance professional.

Strong analytical skills and Excel expertise (Power BI highly advantageous)

Ability to add value and enhance reporting and analytical information

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an outgoing environment.

Self driven and passionate to about hitting KPI’s for business growth
