Qualifications & experience
Experience with Pronto will be an advantage
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Friendly phone manner, and excellent written communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
Applying payments in our ERP system
Maintaining customer accounts
Data entry
Sending out copies of invoices and monthly statements
Liaising with school accounts departments regarding unpaid invoices
Other customer service, accounts and administration tasks as required

Flexible to be either full time or part time (5 days, shorter hours): Our office hours are 8am - 4pm, we are open to this role being 5 days but shorter hours working around school times (e.g. 9am - 3pm) for the right candidate.
