About The Role
The Product Support Administrator role will work within the product team, which helps bridge the gap between our clients and our technology teams.
Working from our central office in Perth CBD, you will be our client and provider's first contact in helping them get the most from our platform and services. You will provide technical support, customer service and online training/demonstrations to existing and potential customers. You will listen to and record their feedback and translate it into product features and enhancements for our platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will help demonstrate our platform to clients to receive feedback and work closely with our development teams to translate this feedback into new features and requests.
You will support our existing clients by providing training, troubleshooting shooting and customer service.
Maintain and update product documentation, including training material, videos and how-to guides so customers and internal teams have more precise and structured information.
You will aid the product team by providing feedback for new product development, from concept to product release (including budget and milestones);
You will help manage the whole product lifecycle management, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget;
You will help collaborate across R&D, Marketing, Product, and QA teams to plan, design, develop and deliver quality products;
You will assist with ensuring providers are compliant and will provide advice on acceptable documentation.

Good knowledge of Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Approved NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
