About the position:
Are you passionate about design, great at building relationships, and ready to take on an exciting challenge?
Join our Winnings Trade Division and help us expand our reach across designers, architects, premium joiners, and kitchen companies. You’ll collaborate closely with our showroom retail teams, making sure we nurture and grow connections that bring our vision to life.
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your state, hitting referral targets and KPIs through top-notch relationship-building and sales know-how.
- Present compelling Company/Product/Brand/Trends to industry professionals, showcasing your in-depth knowledge and genuine passion for design.
- Tailor project proposals to client briefs, then track progress until a builder is awarded the project. Seamlessly hand over to retail or commercial teams for completion.
- Provide samples, marketing collateral, documentation assistance, install tips, and tech recommendations—everything clients need for a smooth experience.
- Respond faster than a typical showroom could—help customers in real time, set up meaningful showroom appointments, and offer personalised, high-quality service.
- Handle orders, generate quotes, and tackle challenges on the fly, whether it’s a small remodel or a major build.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business-to-business sales, account management, and smashing sales targets.
- A formal design qualification is handy (but not a must). A genuine love for design is essential.
- Outstanding influencing and negotiation chops, plus top-tier written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to quickly grasp complex product knowledge, staying current on updates as they roll in.
- High honesty standards, exceptional time management, and daily/weekly/monthly call planning skills.
- You’re self-motivated, resilient, and eager to collaborate with colleagues to reach shared goals.
- Previous experience in a similar industry is a bonus.
