The Role
With renovations underway across its function and event spaces, the Head Chef will help lead the transformation. You’ll take charge of new catering packages, drive menu innovation, and elevate the event offering—bringing experience in functions, banquets, and hands-on kitchen leadership to the fore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver seasonal menus aligned with the venue’s brand
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative kitchen team
  • Source top-quality ingredients and manage supplier relationships
  • Oversee food and labour costs, stock, and kitchen financials
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times
  • Contribute to planning, guest satisfaction, and operational goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in luxury or boutique settings
  • Passion for creative, well-executed food with attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills across diverse teams
  • Highly organised, hands-on, and calm under pressure
