About the role
As an Administration Officer at Hornick Constructions Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Brisbane-based office. This full-time position will see you responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that are essential to the success of our well established company.
What you'll be doing
Accounts Receivable/Payable/Reconciliation
Data entry, BAS, Payroll
Running payroll and HR functions as required
Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other personnel
Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
Completing various ad hoc tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently
Handling all incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administration or office support role, ideally within the construction industry
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and autonomously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Proficiency in Myob, Xero, Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
Microsoft Lists
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the broader team in a small business environment
WH&S background would be ideal but not essential
