About the role

As a Tax Accountant at Auditax Accountants', you will play a crucial role in providing strategic tax advisory and compliance services to our diverse client base. This full-time position is based in our modern Perth office, located in the heart of the city.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients on tax planning and compliance matters

Preparing financial reports, annual tax returns, activity statements, and management reports

Providing technical guidance and support to members of the tax team

Maintaining strong client relationships and demonstrating exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

3+ years of post-qualification experience in taxation accounting, preferably within a reputable accounting firm or in-house finance team

Strong technical expertise in tax compliance, planning, and client services

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative tax solutions

Proficient in the use of tax software and other relevant technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into easily understandable advice for clients

A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest tax legislation and industry trends
