🧠 Role Overview

As a Paediatric Psychologist, you’ll deliver therapeutic support and evidence-based assessments for children and families, working closely with our OTs and Speech Pathologists in a highly collaborative setting.

You’ll have the flexibility to work from our beautiful paediatric clinic, local schools and childcares, or remotely.

Your key responsibilities:

Conduct developmental, cognitive, and behavioural assessments

Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions

Support neurodivergent children (e.g. autism, ADHD, anxiety, learning differences)

Collaborate with families to develop practical, goal-focused strategies

Work with schools and educators to promote consistent, wraparound support

Maintain clear, strengths-based documentation and reports

✅ What You’ll Bring:

AHPRA registration (Provisional or Fully Registered Psychologist)

Experience or strong interest in paediatric and neurodivergent support

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

A passion for client-centred care and making therapy fun, effective, and empowering
