Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health & Rehabilitation space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for a Registered Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the North Strathfield team is on offer.

The Role:

• Hybrid role approximately 50/50 Clinical & Workplace Rehabilitation
• Perform Psychological treatment & counselling under this organisation's clinical arm
• Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work
• Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
• Vocational Assessments & Counselling
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
• Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
• Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Training & coaching of other team members, for Senior Consultants

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Provisional or Full) or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
• 1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience preferred, RCs at all levels welcome
• A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently & in a team
• Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
• Driver's licence & car
