We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to work for a leading provider of Injury Management and Workplace Rehabilitation Services. This organisation are a not for profit provider with nearly 50 years’ experience, supporting those who have been injured at work. The main focus for this organisation is supporting workers, and as such, profits are redirected into building services and investing in the interests of injured workers and their families. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping workers through the challenges they are facing.

About the position:

• Permanent role
• Full Time position (part time would also be considered – anything upwards of 3 days per week)
• Salary range from $100-120k, dependent on experience, plus super, plus salary packaging benefits
• Hybrid work arrangements (2 days per week in the office
• Varied position

About the Organisation:

This organisation is a well established not for profit provider of injury management and workplace rehabilitation services. They work specifically with unions, as well as other organisations. They have a rich history and are currently experiencing growth.

Duties:

• Work across a range of areas, including case management, SIRA Counselling, Medico Legal Work, Work at Conferences, EAP Counselling
• Networking with other organisations and service providers
• Working on complex cases
• Providing clinical guidance an advice to other staff
• Case reviews and Case Conferences etc.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a strong clinical background and extensive post qualifying experience. We also require someone who has

• AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• Previous experience working in the Injury Management / Workers Compensation area
• Knowledge of SIRA Guidelines etc.
