The Role, will see you responsible for the overall management and leadership of the practice. This includes:

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, manage the front desk and admin tasks ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support a small team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Patient Experience: Champion exceptional patient service, addressing feedback and implementing improvements.
• Strategic Development: Work closely with the GP partners to develop and implement strategies for practice growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, compliance, and regulations (e.g., Medicare, accreditation standards).
• Drivers license to visit clinic close by occasionally
