The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed employee to come on board with us at Laminex as a HR Driver, based out of our Tullamarine Distribution Centre in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
This is a permanent full-time position, working standard dayshift hours from typically starting at 5am or 6am.
The full-time rate is above award + super + overtime (OT) as required.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivering packs of laminate (up to 3.6m long) to customers and businesses to Melbourne and surrounds
• Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and load restraint
• Forklift driving - counter balance forklifts, mainly loading and unloading trucks with packs of laminate up to 3.6m long (if licensed)
• Manual labour, including lifting, packing, cleaning and walking around the site
• Completing warehouse related paperwork.

About you:
We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role.
You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:

• Current HR Truck License - with 6 months + exp driving manual trucks (ideally Tautliners)
• LF forklift licence is highly regarded
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Strong customer service skills
• Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
• Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
