This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Controls Analyst with a focus on project coordination and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project financials
• Manage the internal project resource charging process and related timesheet system
• Support project change request and close out process
• Maintain project methodology and PMO processes
• Interact and build relationships with the Project delivery team
• Help Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables

Skills and Experience:

• Exposure to Project Online and Scheduling in MS Project
• Strong cost control and financial analysis skills
• Experience in SAP
• Detailed awareness of IT Project Management standards.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
• Demonstrate proactive approach, show initiative, and taking personal ownership of work tasks.
• Well-developed project administration skills
