Are you a legal professional with a passion for property? Our government client in Queensland is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join their team! In this role, you'll oversee leases, offer expert legal advice, and play a key role in managing and utilizing community spaces.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree qualifications or higher in Law is essential.
• Practicing Certificate + QLD Law Society membership
• Strong leadership experience in property or commercial law (local government experience is preferred)
• Proven ability to analyze and understand complex leases, tenure agreements, and property legal documents.
• Proven ability to develop and implement policies for managing community facilities, tenancy, and leasing agreements.
• Ability to prepare and present accurate, well-researched advice.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
• Must have a valid driver's licence

Key Resposibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of leases and property agreements
• Give expert legal advice on leasing and tenure matters
• Develop and improve leasing policies and processes
• Work with different teams and stakeholders to get great outcome
