Remuneration: $119,746.50 - $134,049.51 pa + superannuation & leave loading
Are you passionate about building stronger and more resilient communities? As the Relief, Recovery, and Resilience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the development and execution of the Shire's resilience, relief, and recovery plans. This position is key to ensuring our community is well prepared, supported during emergencies and able to recover and thrive in the long term. You will oversee the planning, implementation and review of critical programs, policies, and capacity-building activities, aligned with the State Emergency Management Plan.

To be successful for this role you will require:
- Degree or Diploma in Emergency Management, Community Development or other related field, or lesser formal qualification with extensive demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of planning documentation, community projects, policy and engagement initiatives.
- A sound understanding and knowledge of the Emergency Management Act 2013 and the State Emergency Management Plan.
- Sound coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Valid National Police Check and Driver’s Licence.
