About the role

Support and encourage community-centred recovery and resilience-building initiatives.

Ensure connection to and awareness of relevant state recovery support programs and grant funding opportunities.

Transition activities and relationships into municipal emergency planning arrangements and core emergency resilience and community development programs.

This is a full-time temporary position until June 2026 (grant funded) with a salary range between $95,565 and $104,167, plus superannuation.

Support work life balance with:

Experience in building capacity with community using trauma informed practice.

Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills, including communication styles that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
