We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planner to join the dynamic Workforce Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically planning and forecasting our workforce needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels throughout our contact centres or our network of Member Service Centres team which consists of over 400 passionate people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse historical data and trends to develop accurate workforce forecasts
- Develop and maintain effective scheduling strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels, prioritising cost-effectiveness and member experience
- Implement and execute strategic workforce planning strategies to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring continual improvements in forecast accuracy and resourcing processes.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on workforce performance, staying proactive in identifying risks and issues.
- Stay informed on workforce management practices, utilizing tools to adapt and improve scheduling processes.
Experience required:
- In-depth understanding of workforce management planning tools including excel, power BI etc, to facilitate efficient delivery of objectives
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high level strategic initiatives and project work.
- Experience in project management (highly desirable)
- Capability to apply project management skills to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specifically tailored to meet the demands of project delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
