About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Video Editor with a sharp eye for detail, a love of visual storytelling, and the technical chops to back it up. You’ll be creating content that lives on digital platforms, social feeds, websites—and sometimes on TV. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative execution and wants to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Edit with Purpose – Craft short and long-form content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and more.

Sound, Colour, Motion – Apply your skills in sound design, colour grading, motion graphics, and pacing to elevate every video.

Bring Ideas to Life – Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and producers to interpret briefs and deliver edits that hit the mark.

Manage Media Like a Pro – Organise, label, and store assets so projects flow smoothly and efficiently.

Grow Your Skills – Stay sharp on trends, platforms, and editing techniques with access to training, mentoring, and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who’s passionate about content, confident behind the timeline, and eager to make brands look their best.

Experience: 2+ years in a creative, agency, or production role preferred, but talented juniors or recent grads with killer reels are welcome to apply.

Attention to Detail: You know when something’s 2 frames off—and you fix it.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Premiere Pro is a must. Bonus points for After Effects, Resolve, or motion design experience.

Collaborative Mindset: You’re open to feedback and thrive in a team that’s all about producing great work together.
