🎯 The Role

This is a full-time, in-office position (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Our new studio space will be located in the Unley/Adelaide area.

You’ll work on a wide range of client accounts across Australia, creating content that blends style with strategy. From high-performing ad statics to engaging short-form video edits, your job is to bring modern creative to life — and help our clients grow.

You'll work closely with Blend’s strategic leaders, reporting to our Founder, Tyler, and Agency Director, Jordan, and collaborating daily to produce outstanding content across social, ads, and email.

🛠 What You'll Do

Design social media and digital advertising content

Create visually striking social statics and carousels

Design scroll-stopping ads that blend beauty with performance

Make creatives that evoke emotion and drive action (sales, leads, engagement)

Help boost client revenue by creating high-converting creative

Edit short-form video content

Edit modern, snappy short-form videos for socials and ads

Work with founder-led and UGC-style content

Keep viewers engaged through strong editing and storytelling

Deliver video creative that stops the scroll and drives results

Design email marketing visuals

Collaborate with strategic leads to create stunning email campaigns

Design headers, banners, and content blocks that look amazing and perform well

Bring personality and energy to every client email

Own your briefs & think beyond them

Interpret briefs from our team and deliver excellent, on-brand work

Take initiative to go beyond what’s asked and add creative value

Help us push our client content forward with fresh ideas

Adobe Suite - for design and prototyping

Slack - for team/client communication

Asana - for project management

Notion - for documentation and creative briefs

Microsoft 365 - for administrative needs

Apple - for daily creative and design work

Must be Adelaide-based — this is an in-office role

💻 Your Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

Experience with Adobe Suite (our main tool of choice!)

Especially Photoshop & Premier Pro

A portfolio of social content

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong creative, design, and multitasking skills

Diligence and efficiency, ability to meet timelines

Driven and always striving for excellence

Keen eye for detail

Great written and verbal communication skills

Must love learning!

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in After Effects and/or Illustrator

Previous work with a marketing agency or a social content team/role

To stand out to us, you will have:

A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design (or a related creative field)

Experience working in a marketing agency, internal marketing team, or similar creative role

Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and how creative impacts the buyer journey
