THE ROLE

Full-time, hybrid position based in Melbourne

Collaborate closely with our Creative Director and wider content team

Edit a mix of real estate films, lifestyle content, social reels, and branded videos

Help shape the visual identity of Holdt Media across every platform

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of editing experience, ideally in digital media or real estate

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a major bonus)

Strong in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics

Sharp eye for pacing, tone, and narrative flow — and a portfolio to prove it

Up to date with content trends, buyer behavior, and what performs online

Thrive in fast-turnaround environments and love collaborating with a team

Open to feedback and always pushing your creative boundaries
