Position Overview:

We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. This is a position that requires experience in various welding and fabrication techniques. The role demands an individual who can think creatively and develop fabrication solutions to meet the requirements. If you have a strong background in welding and a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional fabrication, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding tasks using TIG, MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding techniques.

- Fabricate complex structures using both plate and pipe materials.

- Develop creative and efficient solutions for specialized fabrication projects.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to brainstorm and implement innovative fabrication processes.

- Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks.

- Interpret technical drawings and fabricate according to specifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Extensive experience in welding and fabrication (minimum 5 years).

- Proficient in MIG, FCAW, TIG and Stick welding.

- Strong understanding of complex fabrication processes involving plate and pipe.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with various metals including steel, stainless steel and small amounts of specialised materials like aluminum and titanium.

- Must be a resident of Western Australia or willing to relocate.

- Must have the legal right to work in Australia.

Desirable Skills:
- Trade qualification in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Welding).

Working Hours:

- 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.

- Monday to Friday.
