Our client is a leading provider of engineering design solutions and innovative industrial equipment for a wide range of industries including mining, oil & gas, civil, aviation & manufacturing. Due to a shutdown Pearl are urgently seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder that is FMG inducted to complete a blend of local and shutdown work.

The Role
You will be assisting with maintenance / repair work of access platform equipment on site. Aluminium TIG experience is essential. On-going local workshop work in-between shutdowns.

Prior to fly-out, you will complete 1 – 2 days of paid training in East Perth to prepare you for the job.

Local Rate $55.00 hr + super + penalties
Site Rate $70.00 hr + super (days only – flat rate)

About You:

• Ability to pass a medical + DAS
• Relevant Trade Certificate + Experience as a Fabricator / Welder
• Competency and experience with aluminium TIG welding
• Construction White Card
• Be FMG inducted or Citic Pacific inducted (ideally)
• Confined Spaces
• Gas Test Atmospheres
