Fertility First, associated with Genea, is a fertility clinic situated in Hurstville. It has been operating for 27 years.

Position overview/ responsibilities:

· Deliver quality of care in consultation with the Nursing Team, Clinic Manager and Medical Director.

· To assist in the operation of clinical functions and services provided by Fertility First.

· Maintain clear lines of communication between Nursing, Laboratory, Medical and Administration staff.

· Ability to work as a team member and communicate with staff at all levels.

· Commitment and understanding of Continuous Quality Improvement principles and Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations

· Act in accordance with the Employee Privacy and Confidentiality Statement

· Commitment to Fertility First Mission Statement

· To be responsible for actioning best practice for Fertility First.

· Co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate Quality Improvement programs within their designated clinical area and within own scope of practice.

Qualifications:

Essential:

· Current registration the NMBA and AHPRA

· Master of Science in Nursing

· More than 5 years’ experience as nurse educator

· Extensive experience in Clinic Management

· Venepuncture accreditation and recent experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Extensive Computer knowledge
