About the role

Ryde Automotive Group is seeking a talented Account Assistant to join our established and rapidly growing business. In this full-time role based in Gladesville, NSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to our finance team. As an integral member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary

What you'll be doing

• Providing comperhensive administrative support to our management team
• Accounts Payaable & Receivable - Managing transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Processing daily banking and reconciling credit card transactions
• Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in finanical records
• Proficient in the use of Accounting Software, Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
