About the role

At Little Wonderland Childcare Centre, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in our Carole Park, QLD location. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children through engaging and nurturing educational programs.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Fostering a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years
• Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to plan individualised learning experiences
• Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider childcare community
• Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure consistency and continuity of care
• Complying with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Current registration as an Early Childhood Teacher in Queensland
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in an early childhood setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
