What you’ll be doing

Keeping stock on point – Tracking inventory like a hawk, running stocktakes, and making sure we never run out of our best-selling chaos.

Running the floor – Overseeing pick, pack, and dispatch operations with speed, accuracy, and minimal swearing.

Welcoming new stuff – Receiving inbound shipments, checking them for quality, and putting them away like a pro.

Calling the shots – Delegating daily tasks to our warehouse crew and making sure we’re hitting targets without burning out.

Making logistics look easy – Booking couriers, tracking freight, and dealing with the odd shipping hiccup like a zen master.

Keeping things safe & tidy – Making sure the warehouse is clean, safe, and not a death trap of boxes and bubble wrap.

Using your noggin – Spotting ways to improve how we do things and actually making them happen.

Staying in sync – Updating our inventory system, pulling basic reports, and making sure everyone knows what’s where.

What we’re looking for

Someone organised, proactive, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves.

A good communicator who can lead a team without being a micromanaging robot.

Someone who’s worked in a warehouse before (or something similar), and knows how to move fast without cutting corners.

Comfortable using warehouse or inventory systems (bonus points for knowing your way around Shopify or a WMS).

A cool head under pressure and a problem-solver at heart.
