Lead and grow a dynamic team of Occupational Therapists based in Brisbane, delivering services through our local clinic and via intra-day flights to rural communities across QLD and NSW.

In this role, you’ll balance leadership, team development, clinical practice, and relationship-building—both within the team and across the broader network. Above all, you’re a leader first: empowering your team, sharing best practices, and driving excellence in clinical care and team culture.

5 years+ clinical experience

Supervisory/leadership experience

AHPRA Registration required (or eligibility)
