Your Role: Empower, Advocate, and Make a Real Difference
As our HCP Community Occupational Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of helping our clients live their best lives. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Work with HCP (elderly) clients, completing home and equipment prescriptions and some ongoing rehabilitation.
Travel to client’s, to work with them in the comfort of their home.
Independently assess client's emotional, psychological, cognitive, and physical levels of function.
Use your clinical skills and creativity to develop personalised treatment goals that make a difference.
Collaborate with a fantastic multidisciplinary team.
Lead a small team of Occupational Therapists.
What We’re Looking For
A recognised Occupational Therapy degree and current registration with AHPRA.
3+ years of clinical experience, especially with individuals who have physical and psychosocial disabilities. New graduates will be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
