The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this newly created role will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing team with direct exposure to M&A, investor relations, and C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning, acquisitions, and investment decisions
• Assist in due diligence processes for M&A activity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business performance and investment opportunities
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Support the integration of acquired entities and the development of financial KPIs

About You:

• CA, CFA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or M&A due diligence
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
