About Us: Indisputably one of Australia's biggest Commercial Painting businesses. This is a growing business with a professional team.

Locations: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide.

The Role: To strengthen and build the business client base. Develop growth strategies for implementation across the business.

Requirements:
- Price paint packages for projects.
- Review of tender documents (Finishes Schedules, Drawings, Scope of Works, etc.).
- Ability to read Architectural Drawings.
- Review measurements provided by our Estimators.
- Rate Bill of Quantities and generate the quotation.
- Attend post-tender meetings.
- Negotiate prices with Clients to secure work.
- Review internal and external Contracts.
- Build relationships with clients, including coordinating social events.
- Engage in comprehensive project delivery efforts and coordinating with the site team.
- Management of won projects from start to end.

Skills & Experience:
- High-level of experience in sales (painting industry preferable).
- Industry contacts in construction an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of the Construction Industry and related practices.

Must Have:
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Architectural Drawings and Finishes Schedules.
