The NSW Masonic Club is a unique, twelve-storey, heritage-listed building located at 169-173 Castlereagh Street Sydney. First opened in 1927, the NSW Masonic Club has a proud history.

The Club operates on five of the twelve storeys in the building with food & beverage, meeting, and dining facilities. The other six floors encompass an 83-room hotel trading as the "Castlereagh Boutique Hotel".

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve our valued guests/members promptly with enthusiasm.

Room preparation, opening & closing outlets

Providing table service and taking orders

Provide/ Make Barista Coffee at an advanced level

Providing service to Breakfast delegates, both inhouse and external morning delegate

Flexibility in working hours as business required, mostly mornings

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Valid Australian working rights & Visa, students welcome to apply

Must a valid and current NSW RSA

Must have a Food Safety Certificate

A passion for great guest service and the industry

Personality Plus

Ability to carry three plates simultaneously.

A team player ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Barista or FOH experience preferred.

A keen focus on ensuring quality every time.

Understanding of Pos systems
