Talent Acquisition Lead
The Intereach People, Quality and Risk Team has undergone a contemporary review and are looking to appoint an experience and forward thinking Talent Aquisition Lead. This role will see you take the lead in enhancing and managing our established employer brand to attract talent. From managing recruitment projects, designing and executing innovative recruitment and retention strategies to creatively canvasing bespoke recruitment campaigns tailored to our diverse services while enhancing employee satisfaction, this role has a well-balanced combination of strategic and operational objectives.

This is a full time position and can be located at any Intereach Office.

The Talent Aquisition Lead is paid at a level 5.1 on the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award with an annual salary of $97,377.80 + super + salary packaging.
