Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries
• Create and update client files in Salesforce
• Schedule client appointments
• Send out highly confidential paperwork
• Respond to web and email inquiries
• Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed
• Professionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with management about issues, timelines, and client escalations
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a highly motivated call center
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with a diverse client base with empathy and professionalism
• Team-oriented and capable of working independently
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Willing to work onsite full-time during probation
• Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable
