A leading pathology provider and leader in blood born diseases is seeking a customer service officer to handle high volume calls relating to patient accounts. You will be providing information and processing payments.
The role requires the following -
Handling high voulume calls in a call centre format with call volues exceeding 100 calls a day and providing exceptional customer service skils in resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Excellnet professional phone manner and strong attention to detail
- Enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service attitude
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Excellent career opportunity with an established market leader in blood research and testing
- The role is bring up account information and updating account details and providing information once the cusotmer was identifed
- To be suitable you will have handled high volume calls previously and had to update customer information in the system
- This is permanent role with plently of opportunitity to grow your career.
