Work with one of the industry's leading names in timber & carpet flooring solutions in their showroom in the heart of Sydney's design precinct.

As a Showroom Sales Representative, you will be liaising with end-users, builders, architects and designers across a range of residential and commercial projects. In this role there is also the opportunity to hone your proactive sales skills, being out on the road working with clients to estimate and quote their projects.

This role requires weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist clients in selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses

Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the selection and purchasing process

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product range, pricing, and any ongoing promotions or sales

Collaborate with the broader sales and design teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Expanded responsibilities would include outbound sales presentations, measuring and quotes with clients

Skills and experience

Experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the flooring, joinery or building product sector

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse customer base

Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to provide tailored recommendations

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

A passion for interior design and providing an outstanding customer experience

Relevant qualifications in interior design, architecture or a related field would be highly regarded
