About the role
This role is responsible for the development and implementation of asset management plans and contribute to the long-term financial planning of the council. This is an on-site position.

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans, policies, and strategies.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of asset registers, conduct detailed condition assessments.
- Coordinate and prepare applications for Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on development design and construction specifications.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree - Civil
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in asset management (road and stormwater), preferably within local government.
- Strong understanding of civil infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement renewal capital works programs.
- Experience in risk-based renewal planning and asset condition assessment.
- Valid Australian Drivers license.
