The Position

The Procurement Officer will work collaboratively with the Procurement team and provide administrative assistance and support for all Procurement systems and communications. The Procurement Officer role interacts primarily and supports the Manager Procurement in all procurement related duties.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to: procurement administrative support; providing training in procurement software; assisting with tenders, quotes and expressions of interest; preparation of reports; review of contracts management database and providing assistance with the Stores function.

About You

• Administration and/or

• Procurement and contract administration

• Year 12 Certificate or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications

• Data collection and analysis

• Good numeracy skills

• Problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication skills
