They are looking for people to join their Sydney based team in a Reservation role x 2 and a ticketing consultant

Some responsibilities include:

Consultation with Travel Agents and Direct Customers. This may be either over the phone, via email, web chat and occasionally face-to-face

Answering queries and offering recommendations regarding our destinations, products, services and specials.

Identifying the needs of the customer and presenting the best option to suit their preferences

You will need

1-2 years in the travel industry, suits retail consultants that may be sick of face to face selling

Strong customer service skills

A good understanding of microsoft office

Strong work ethic
