About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join their team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time role, with 2 days per week spent in the office and the remainder remote. You will be providing high-quality travel booking and consulting services to our corporate clients across a range of industries.

What you'll be doing

• Booking and managing complex domestic and international business travel arrangements for clients
• Providing personalised travel consulting and advice to ensure the best outcomes for our clients
• Proactively monitoring travel disruptions and implementing contingency plans
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to expand services and exceed client expectations
• Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of domestic and international travel booking systems and processes
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for the travel industry and delivering an outstanding client experience
