About the Role:
MAYDAY Healthcare is excited to be partnering with an innovative organisation to find an experienced Area Manager to lead and support a cluster of disability service locations in Sydney. You will oversee high-quality, person-centred services, ensuring they meet the needs of people with disabilities, their families, and carers. This role requires a strong understanding of the NDIS sector or a similar industry where you can bring transferable skills to this key leadership role.

• $100,000 -$115,000 + Car Allowance + STI (Up to $25K) + super
• You will be required to travel across South Sydney and Shoalhaven region - please only apply f you are comfortable with travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead person-centred service delivery and ensure best practice standards.
• Manage staff rosters, resolve client and staff issues, and foster positive relationships.
• Monitor budgets, report financial status, and ensure efficient resource management.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and risk management processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in the disability services sector (Desired, if you feel you have transferable skills and a passion for leadership feel free to apply!)
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centred care.
• Financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Commitment to quality, innovation, and inclusivity.
• NDIS Check and First Aid Cert
